As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, learn how to cook Chicken Tinga (tinga de pollo; shredded chicken in spicy chipotle sauce) with Araceli de la Cruz at the Cedar Mill Library. For adults and teens (ages 11 and up). Registration required; space is limited.
