We teach Mo Duk Pai - a modern martial art encompassing compassion, confidence, competence and courage. We use offensive striking, kicking, throwing, grappling, weaponry, derived from jiu-jitsu, kajukenbo, arnis, karate and other sources, for street and tournament scenarios. But more than that, we develop qualities that can apply to the student’s entire life, not just on the training floor. In addition, we'll be offering community outreach programs.

North Portland Martial Arts is a self defense and fitness center where you can learn the art of fighting in a safe and supportive environment. We welcome all shapes and sizes, and all levels of ability.
